To save even more time, in Elorus you can copy documents that may relate to the same contact or contain the same products.


Go to the manage invoices menu (purchases or sales) and check the boxes of the records to be copied from the list. Then, click on the "Actions" button and click on the "Copy selected records" button.




The system will immediately create copies in draft state, which you can then edit as you wish, and proceed with their issuance.


Note

If there are transactions (purchases/sales) that take place at regular intervals, instead of making copies, we recommend creating recurring documents.
